How to Stay Cool, Calm without stress

 

Waking up early in the morning, listening to lectures, tiring schedules would be stressful to anybody. People get stress from variety of sources. If stress is accumulated, it can cause bad health and mental depression, which can also affect people's life. It would become some changes of not only to outer body but also internally. Therefore, the best way to avoid this kind of situation is to relieve stress. There are three categories of activity that could help when people are suffering from huge stress; making a hobby, reading, and talking.

 

First, a nice hobby could make people stress-free. There are a great number of things that we can do such as exercise, reading, painting and so on. Focusing on what oneself like to do, and good at can make one forget about the reality's harmful environment. However there's one thing we have to be aware of. We have to remember that the goal of using hobbies is to temporarily take away our stress, not add to it. Therefore struggling to make a hoppy is an unnecessary move.

 

Also, according to the study of England success university, reading is also the best way to reduce stress. By just reading a book for only 6 minutes, the stress declines sharply. When reading a book, apart of people who are very harsh-minded, most people would be immersed in the scene of the book. He or she would be the hero of heroin of the book and can forget about all the stress and feel great by the hormone produced, adrenaline.

 

Lastly, we might feel better if we talk with our friends at a coffee house. Spending time with friends is a good way to get everything that bothers us out of our mind. For example, if we hang out with friends when we have stress from school. We can forget all about study and classmates. However, we have to be careful. If we spend too much time with your friends, we may not be able to get a satisfactory result from our work or school.

 

In conclusion, it is absolute necessary to reduce stress, because it is very unhealthy and it raises the risk for medical problems. There are numerous things that might help us stress-free, such as having a hobby, reading books, and talking with your friends, It would be good for us, if we are having a hard time in our life. Because we deserve to enjoy our life.

  1. Great! I think your supporting sentences in each paragraphs's first part are good because sentence contructs are various. But "If we spend too much time with your friends, we may not be able to get a satisfactory result from our work or school." I think this sentence is unnecessary and out of topic.
