n modern society it was common thing to eat at night.

Especially koreans eat a lot of things at night, such as chiken, pizza, hambugger and etc. They have midnightsnack for various reasons Representatively environment and habit cause them to eat at night. In other word Night shift work environment cause them to have Midnight Snack. Also these things lead their family eat together at night. These night food culture make many health problem

 

First, eating in night may cause obesity. The foods that we eat in daytime can be digestd as our activations but eating in night time absorbs carolies in body directly because of lack of activations. Also, foods not be digested in sleeptime causes eating small in breakfast and lunch. Vicious cycle, eating small in daytime and eating a lot in nighttime, stack up much carolies in our body. As a result, carolies is stacked up in body and make much probability to be obesity.

 

 

Also, Eating in nighttime can be the causes of chronic fatigue. In our body, there is hormone called by melatonin which helps us to sleep well. Melatonin controls our eating and make us to sleep. But eating in night time represses creation of melatonin and increases secretion of hormone. So we can't sleep deep if we eat a lot in nighttime. It makes us sleeplack and finally causes chronic fatigue.

 

In conclusion, eating in night can be the causes of many health problem, such as obesity, chronic fatigue and etc. Therefore we need to pay attention to eating food at night. In moment, eating can be pleasure but the joy of the moment can lead to diseased body. finally we need bear in mind that night food can be poison

    Improper meal time can burden our body. Representatively Acid reflex can occur. Acid reflex is that Stomach acid to digest food is coming up into esophagus. Eating in nighttime make acid so as to digest midnight snack.
    The acid reflex into esophagus because we lay down for sleeping.
    These Reflex cause dysfunction of esophagus.

    In conclusion, eating in night can be the causes of many health problem, such as Obesity, Chronic fatigue and Organ problem. Therefore we need to pay attention to eating food at night.
